But, for those mornings when we really need to get a boost of greens, we turn to this perfect green smoothie. Packed with good-for-you fruits and veggies, this smoothie has everything you need to keep you full and energized till lunch. Plus, it's downright delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. 

    unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 c. 

    chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 c. 

    chopped kale (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 

    medium banana

  • 2 tbsp. 

    almond butter

  • 1 tbsp. 

    chia seeds

  • 2 tsp. 

    honey

Description
