Blueberry Smoothie

Side Dishes

The blueberry’s gentle, sweet-tart flavor is something we’ve incorporated into countless of our favorite summer desserts, but when adding it into a smoothie, you’re going to need to take a few extra (but easy!) steps to make it taste the best it can be.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. 

    fresh blueberries

  • 1 c. 

    frozen blueberries

  • 1 tbsp. 

    maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp. 

    almond butter

  • 2 c. 

    oat milk

  • 1 c. 

    loosely packed baby spinach

  • Pinch kosher salt

Description

  1. Step 1In a high-powered blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
